Our story

For as long as I can remember, design has been part of who I am. In 3rd grade while most of my classmates were choosing their moms or dads as their heroes, I chose Candice Olson from HGTV. (Sorry Mom and Dad!) I was fascinated by the way she transformed spaces into something beautiful yet practical, and from that moment, I knew interior design was what I was meant to do.

As a kid, I couldn’t stop experimenting with my own space — I rearranged my bedroom nearly every week and painted it at least twice a year. What started as a childhood passion quickly became a lifelong pursuit, one that led me to Meredith College where I built a strong foundation in design principles and technical skills.

After graduating, I spent more than six years working in the luxury residential design industry. Those years taught me the importance of detail, clear communication, and creating homes that feel just as good as they look. I learned that great design isn’t about trends or perfection — it’s about crafting spaces that tell your story, support your lifestyle, and bring you joy every single day.

Today, as the owner and principal designer of Pure Grace Design Co., I combine my lifelong passion with professional expertise to guide clients through a thoughtful, stress-free design process. My goal is to create timeless, livable spaces that feel uniquely yours — the kind of home you’ll love coming back to, day after day.
