How do your packages work?

Each package is designed to simplify the design process. After an initial consultation, we create a curated plan that includes selections, layouts, and visuals to help you envision your space. Packages can be customized based on the number of rooms, level of detail, and specific project needs.

How long does a project take?

Timelines depend on the size and complexity of your project. 2d room design packages typically have a 3 week turnaround time, 3d room designs typically have a 4 week turnaround time, while larger projects may take longer. We’ll provide an estimated timeline during our consultation so you know what to expect.

I am new to virtual design, how do we stay in contact with you during our project?

We stay in close contact via email, text, phone, or video calls — whichever works best for you. We also provide updates and share design materials regularly so you’re never left wondering about the progress.

How do we get started?

To get started, simply purchase your desired package directly on our “our offerings” page. If you’re unsure which package is the best fit, you can reach out to us through our “our inbox” page for guidance. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out. As soon as we get your responses, we hit the ground running and start crafting your personalized design!
