Terms & Conditions

By booking a package with Pure Grace Design Co, you agree to the following:

1. Services

Pure Grace Design Co. provides interior design services as described in the package you select. The scope of work will be clearly defined before we begin. Any additional services outside the package may require a separate agreement or additional fees.

2. Payment

All packages are billed as a flat fee at the time of purchase.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Design packages are non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

If I am unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, I will refund any fees paid for work not yet delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, renderings, and materials created by Pure Grace Design Co. remain our intellectual property.

Once your final package is delivered and paid in full, you receive a license to use the designs for your personal use only (for your home/project).

Designs may not be resold, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission.

I reserve the right to share completed projects, renderings, or photos for my portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals throughout the process.

Delays in communication may affect the project timeline.

6. Limitations

Pure Grace Design Co. provides design services only. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or quality of third-party products or services (such as contractors, furniture, or suppliers). We are not liable for damages, delays, or issues arising from third-party vendors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

8. Liability & Legal Claims

We do our very best to provide quality design services, but please understand that:

Our role is to provide design recommendations and guidance. We are not responsible for the performance, workmanship, or safety of any contractors, installers, or third-party vendors.

We are not liable for damages, delays, or costs that arise from using third-party services or products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to my services will not exceed the total amount you paid me for the package.

By booking a package, you agree not to pursue legal action against me for issues outside my direct control.

Ours services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

You waive, release, and discharge me (and my business) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected with my services.

You agree that you will not initiate or participate in any legal action against me for any reason.
